Robert Rigby-Hall

Robert is a senior human resources executive with over 20 years of global experience as an HR team builder, business partner and champion of innovative talent solutions for large global corporations. He is unique in his field in that he has run businesses and lived and worked internationally in the Asia-Pacific, Europe and the United States.

 

Most recently, Robert was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of LexisNexis, a $4 billion global provider of information and technology solutions to professionals in legal, risk management, corporate, government, law enforcement, accounting and academic sectors. During his tenure with LexisNexis he helped grow the business from $2.3 billion to in excess of $4 billion both organically and through more then 35 acquisitions. He served as Interim CEO of their Asia Pacific business for a year and also led their Indian business through its acquisition and integration of a local publishing company.

 

Prior to joining LexisNexis Robert was President of Reed Exhibitions North America, the world’s largest trade show business.  He also held roles in HR at Reed Exhibitions including as their Group HR Director, joining from Hasbro International the global toy company where he held HR roles of increasing responsibility that covered compensation & benefits, industrial relations and management development.

 

Robert is involved in industry organizations and is a speaker at business conferences around the world, including the Beijing International Publishing Forum, Financial Services Technology Expo, Annual Recruitment Learning Conference, Net Impact Conference, Global Roundtable on Advanced Management Education Reform, and CEO Connections.

 

He is Chair of the Trustees, Boys Town of New York – helping children at risk become productive citizens; Chair, Somaly Mam Foundation – fighting human trafficking and supporting its victims; Director, RedLightChildren – fighting the “demand side” of human trafficking and raising awareness; and an Advisory Board Member, Kiddy & Partners – a leading global firm of business psychologists specializing in assessment and talent management.  In 2010 he was awarded the Business Leader Award by the United Nations Global Initiative to Fight Human Trafficking & UN Global Compact.

 

He attended Portsmouth University in the United Kingdom and completed the Harvard Executive Development Program and the Kellogg Certificate in Corporate Board Governance at Northwestern University.

 


  Glenn Kaufman

With over 25 years of global human resource experience, Glenn has helped numerous organizations and thousands of individuals attain business performance goals.


At LexisNexis, a $4 billion global legal information services company, Glenn was Senior Vice President of Global Organization Planning & Development, and also served as the Head of HR for the Asia region.  During a 15-year career as an HR executive at American Express, Glenn started their Organization Effectiveness function, and also ran Global Human Resources Development.

 

Additionally, Glenn was an independent consultant where he partnered with TMC, the premier provider of cross-cultural training and consulting, working on assignments that served companies such as GE, Pfizer, BP, and Air Products.  He also worked with The Children’s Place on their acquisition of The Disney Stores, and in creating sales and management development programs.

 

Glenn graduated from the National Outdoor Leadership School at the ripe old age of 16, and has continued to pursue his passion for mountaineering, climbing many of the major peaks in the Canadian Rockies and the Swiss and French Alps.

 

He did his graduate studies at Antioch and Columbia Universities and also attended a “Strategic Leadership” executive education program at Harvard Business School.
